Taylor Swift was among the fan favorites at the 2010 People's Choice Awards, held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles. Though the country queen's prize (in Jenny Packham) was just the latest addition to her trophy case, she couldn't resist getting a little star struck herself.
