Tinseltown's rising stars assembled at L.A. hot spot Nobu for the 2nd annual Golden Globes Salute to Young Hollywood party, hosted by InStyle and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. But while guests like Jessica Stroup (in a Jenni Kayne skirt and jacket and Monroe top), Kellan Lutz and Olivia Wilde are used to generating buzz, it was Mavis Spencer (daughter of actress Alfre Woodard and producer Roderick Spencer) who became the center of attention once it was announced that she'd been named Miss Golden Globe 2010. "Rumer [Willis] was Miss Golden Globe 2009 and she's one of my closest friends," said Stroup. "Congratulations to Mavis. I hope she has fun with it!"
