After poking fun at host Dwayne Johnson—who donned a one-shoulder dress she personally picked out with designer Max Azria—Miley Cyrus got emotional upon hearing the news that she'd been voted Favorite Female Singer. "I'm so excited, I thought I was going to lose," Cyrus told the audience as she tried to hold back tears.
