It takes a major personality to pull off a major dress and at this year's Daytime Emmy Awards, Tyra Banks proved that she has both. The doyenne of America's Next Top Model and The Tyra Banks Show told USA Today that the Roberto Cavalli dress reminded her of another major lady, "the Statue of Liberty before she tarnished to green!"
