To get soft curls for an evening event, stylist Moulay Yacoubi of N.Y.C.'s Pierre Michel Salon, says to apply mousse to the roots of wet hair and blow-dry. Roll the entire head in hot rollers and let set for 20 minutes. When hair is completely cool, run your fingers through it to let the curls out a bit. (If you do this when it's still warm, you will create static and frizz.) Finish this glam look with a little hairspray.
