Add allure for special occasions with a subtle cat eye. Makeup artist Collete says to start with a natural matte shadow over the entire lid and then line the entire eye area. She recommends Shiseido Accentuating Cream Eyeliner, which she would then extend past the outer corner, extending from the natural line of the eye. Finish with black shadow on the lid up to the crease, and a little smudged below the eye. Frame the eyes with a rosy beige blush and highlight the cheeks with Shiseido Glistening Flush.
