Makeup artist Paul Starr created this sensational look for Garner by lining the eye with a black kohl pencil. He started the line small at the inner corner and lifted it away from the lash line as he reached the outer corner. He brushed a mixture of silver and pale blue shadow on the upper inner eyelid and followed that with a deep purple shadow from the outer corner, swept in. He added lavender to the center of the lid and blended all the shadow shades together to create "a seamless, smoky eye." He finished with mascara: three coats of black and then one coat of violet on the lower lashes.
