Jennifer Lopez knows how to do things big—so it's no surprise that her first pregnancy resulted in twins! She and husband Marc Anthony welcomed a boy and a girl on February 22. The couple kept the pregnancy a secret for as long as possible, with Lopez wearing capes, tent dresses and empire-waist gowns, many designed by pal Roberto Cavalli. Lopez finally made the announcement on the last date of their dual tour. "I kind of feel like everybody knew anyway," Lopez told Harper's Bazaar. "I was on tour with a bubble gut!"

The singer hit Fashion Rocks in a little fringed dress by Roberto Cavalli worn with dramatic earrings by Lorraine Schwartz.
