The Material Girl has gone maternal. As the premiere of her new film, I Am Because We Are, Madonna (in Gucci, with a Loree Rodkin necklace) talked about how making the moving documentary about strife in Malawi has helped her to realize what's most important in life. "I've learned that my complaints are silly and ridiculous compared to most people," Madge, who is in the process of adopting an orphan from the poverty-stricken country said.
