Robert De Niro—with wife Grace Hightower on his arm— kicked off the 7th Annual Tribeca Film Festival at the annual Vanity Fair party, held at the State Supreme Courthouse in New York City. VIP guests including Edie Falco, Padma Lakshmi and Regis Philbin climbed the candle-lit stairs into the historic building to wish De Niro well on his hometown film fest.
