After throwing the party of the season in New York City, Madonna became the most buzzed-about guest in Berlin, landing just in time for a news conference for Filth And Wisdom, her directorial debut. "The movie is about two things—the duality of life and the struggle with that duality," said the Material Girl of her documentary.
