Penelope Cruz hit the red carpet—in a gown by L'Wren Scott—to promote Elegy, one of the films competing for this year's Golden Bear award. The 33 year-old Cruz, who shares an on-screen romance with Ben Kingsley in the film, was defiant when asked about whether she plans to grow old gracefully or fight the clock.
