Rose McGowan managed to hide a bulky cast under her chic Dolce & Gabbana gown. "I broke my foot two weeks ago, but there was no way I was going to miss this!" the actress declared. McGowan even managed to pull off a Sergio Rossi stiletto on her good foot. "I put padding under the cast and now it's the same height as the heel," she explained. "I refuse to wear flats [in Cannes]!"
