Stars Help Fight Breast Cancer

"I thought 'brown is the new pink,'" explained Katharine McPhee of her Black Halo dress. "I thought it would go perfectly against the pink backdrop, but there's no pink back drop." McPhee and boyfriend, Nick Cokas, attended the party with a friend in mind: "Right after Idol I had a fan who somehow found a way to contact me. I spoke to this girl and two days later she actually died of cervical cancer. I was really touched by her, so that's why I'm here."
