THE LOOK Low ponytailHOW-TO Apply a volumizing foam to wet, freshly-washed hair. Then part hair on the side and blow-dry section by section with a medium round brush, curling the ends of the hair. Apply a coat of hairspray to the entire head. Using the hand to mold the hair in a wave shape along the ear, pull hair into a ponytail and secure. Finish with another coat of spray.
