Blow-dry until hair is 75 percent dry. Section off in small pieces and set hair in one-inch steam curlers, rolling from the ends of the hair to the scalp. Spritz with a medium hold hair spray and let sit for 15 minutes. Remove curlers and use fingers to manipulate curls to achieve your desired look.
