The Pretty Little Liars star snuck backstage after the show to congratulate the designer, famous for creating Octavia Spencer's Oscar look, on his latest collection. "There was one that looked like a ming vase. It had blue on top and blue tulle that shot out? It was unbelievable," Bellisario gushed post-show. "I'd have to wear it on the red carpet. I don't go anywhere that deserves those dresses other than that."
