Sporting smooth waves and bold red lips, Rachel Bilson (here with her stylist Nicole Chavez) added some Old-Hollywood glamour to the amfAR Milano benefit. Other stars supporting the cause included Janet Jackson, who served as an event chair for the inaugural fundraiser and Dita Von Teese, who treated the fashionable crowd to a special burlesque performance.
