It’s no surprise that Allison Williams’ makeup artist Julie Harris was inspired by the star's baby blues. “Allison has such big gorgeous blues that I wanted to accentuate them with a stronger eye and a softer lip,” Harris told us. To create her dramatic eye, Harris lined the star’s upper lids with Tarte’s MultiplEYE Lash Enhancing Liquid Liner ($65 at sephora.com) and layered Amazonian Clay Waterproof CreamEyeshadow in Seashell Pink ($19 at sephora.com) on the base of her lids. "To add extra radiance, I highlighted her brow and cheekbones with crème cheek tint," Harris told us. She finished off with a swipe of shiny gloss over a matte lip tint.
