"Creating each look had its own unique appeal," says jewelry designer Lorraine Schwartz. "She wore everything from diamonds to emeralds, turquoise, rubies and jade." The Project Runway star's show-stopping butterfly earrings were made of blackened platinum, lavender jade and diamonds.
