"I did it similar to mine," Conrad said of the second Emmy dress she created—which was worn onstage by one of the Emmy trophy girls. "So we're kind of twinsies." In addition to the fashion scoop, Conrad also confirmed that BFF Audrina Patridge has moved out of the L.A. home they once shared.
