Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy, for 30 Rock

The former SNL star is becoming more comfortable in front of the camera and it shows. She favors simple, '50s-inspired black dresses and ditches her trademark glasses on the red carpet. This is Fey's fourth Emmy nomination, but her first for 30 Rock.
