Electric Blue Mascara

GET THE LOOK: "Vibrant mascara is a nice way to add a pop of color to your face," says makeup artist Natalie DiStefano of the Rita Hazan Salon in N.Y.C.
INSIDER TRICK: To adapt this look for daytime, DiStefano says to pair blue lashes with a soft shadow. For evening, line eyes with a bright blue pencil to intensify the hue of your lashes.
