GET THE LOOK: Everyone wants her moment to shinebut when it comes to red-carpet shimmer, moderation is key. "You don't want to be afraid to hug someone and have sparkles rub off on them," says L.A.-based celebrity makeup artist Amy Nadine, who suggests going for a more subtle approach like Hayden Panettiere. "You want to look like you just walked off a plane from Monaco."
INSIDER TRICK: Body shimmer is a great way to get a quick glow but make sure you blend it! Nadine evens out streaky formulas by dabbing skin with a bare powder puff.
