Janine Sevigny tried to raise a conservative daughter. “My mom never let me get a perm or bangs or anything feathered,” Chloe Sevigny has said. As a teenager, the rebellious actress shaved off her waist-length locks. “I always wore my hair up anyway,” she told Sassy Magazine. Since then, the Big Love star has tried everything from tight disco curls to mod side ponytails. As for makeup, she’ll go from natural to glam, but she loves a bold lip (“I think it’s sexy and powerful”).
