When Salma Hayek returns to her native Mexico, she doesn't need a passport photo—she needs a slew of them. Since this sultry beauty first flashed onto the pop-culture radar in 1995, she's tried everything from crimped highlights to Audrey Hepburn updos. "Salma is always game to go the whole nine yards," says her longtime stylist, Robert Vetica. But although Hayek has been known to grace the red carpet with everything from peacock-hue lids to spider-like lashes, she has no doubt as to her real identity. "I look at myself in the mirror and I see a familiar, friendly face," she has told In Style. "I don't say, 'Oh, whatta chick!'"
