"Dressing for the red carpet is fantasy time, but in my day-to-day life, I'm very grungy." In truth, the British beauty wears her high-contrast good looks with absolute ease. "Rachel's hair matches her personality," her hairstylist Mark Townsend has said. "It's not overdone, not super-fussed-over. And she's incredibly approachable and sweet." Not to mention talented—the actress picked up an Oscar for her role in The Constant Gardener and is currently starring in My Blueberry Nights and Definitely, Maybe. Talk about a fairy tale!
