MODEL CARS February 28, 2006. The worlds of fashion, entertainment and—cars?—came together last night in Hollywood as General Motors’ 5th annual GM ten charity event drew many of Tinseltown’s young A-listers to frolic amid the company’s newest vehicles. Stars modeled for the charity of their choice—the proceeds as yet to be determined.
WALKING THE WALK Among those who put their acting career on hold for the evening to become catwalkers were Eva Longoria, Lindsay Lohan, Carmen Electra, Mischa Barton and Joy Bryant. The event also rallied some of the biggest names in fashion to dress the show’s participants. Gucci, Versace, Dolce & Gabbana and Oscar de la Renta were just some of the luxury brands that contributed to the cause.
