NEW FACES While previous flick stars Jessica Lange and Gene Wilder didn't attend the 2005 versions, the new crop of famous faces did.
Producers's Matthew Broderick reunited with co-stars Uma Thurman and Roger Bart, who is best known for his role as George, the creepy pharmacist on
Desperate Housewives. "Both roles had perks," Bart says. "Here I got to be very flamboyant, and on
Housewives, I played a square with a terrible edge." Speaking of edge, in town to promote Manhattan's destructive gorilla, were
Kong stars Naomi Watts and Jack Black, along with fan Lindsay Lohan.

Kong bash at Pier 92, partygoers reveled in themed roomsSkull Island and New York's Little Italy and Chinatownwhile VIPs partied in a replica of the El Morocco nightclub. And since Kong was a no-show, dogs doing canine burlesque entertained.
