SNOW BUSINESS Bringing stars and socialites in fashionable mukluks to Park City, Utah, Robert Redford's 10-day Sundance Film Festival kicked off Jan. 20. And while there was much movie-watching, the highlight for many seemed to be partying, shopping and fun in the snow.
DANCE CLASS 2005 Sundance's sleepy-town setting played host to festival alums Naomi Watts, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Robin Wright Penn, John Leguizamo, Michelle Rodriguez, Adrien Brody, Glenn Close and many more.
ON WITH THE SNOW Hitting the Sundance party circuit, festgoers mingled at Village at the Lift, a VIP-only two-story tent. Other stars fêted the nights away at the Entertainment Weekly/Hewlett Packard party, the Motorola Late Night and the Heineken Green Room party. And on Sunday night, indie favorite Kevin Bacon won the Ray-Ban Visionary Award for his directorial début, Loverboy.
