Welcome to "Who Won Fashion Today," where we award the boldest, best dressed person of the day. Winning fashion doesn't necessarily mean you're wearing the most expensive, trendiest, or prettiest dress. Rather, we reward risk-takers—those that stay true to their personal style and make us go, "Now THAT is a LEWK.”

I have missed Lorde so damn much it’s given me stomach aches. When the first single off her much-anticipated album, Melodrama, came out ("Green Light"), I think my phone fired up to 242 degrees because I kept hitting repeat so many times. Anyway, enough about me.

Right now, it’s Coachella time, which means weird outfits, loads of face paint, and questionably appropriate short dresses. You will never see me at Coachella, but if you did (in some fever dream), I’d either go for a full on muumuu or really DO it. DO it, meaning full costume. DO it meaning, all the eye makeup and crazy denim one could find.

Yesterday, in addition to performing another sure-to-be-a-hit single, Lorde wore a perfectly “Coachella" Coachella outfit. It was the COACHELLIEST thing ever: a super tight bustier style top with sparkling chain mail detailing around the neckline with speckles of glitter down the bodice. She paired her top with a pair of gray metallic wide-leg stretch pants so shiny they looked otherworldly.

But our favorite part? Her Adidas Superstar sneakers. SPARKLES AND SNEAKERS? We’re here for that.
