Rose Byrne's Changing Looks
The Australian actress paired retro red lips with a pixie shag.
The star of Troy and Wicker Park warmed up her alabaster complexion with soft pink blush and crimson lipstick.
"I wanted the hair to feel like Old Hollywood loose finger waves in the front and a modern updo in the back that had movement and texture," Frederic Fekkai stylist Adir Abergel said of the Damages star's Emmys look.
Stylist Harry Josh gave the nominee a sleek Emmys style by flipping under the ends of her honeyed strands.
Byrne celebrated her hilarious turn in Get Him to the Greek, hitting the premiere with voluminous, brushed-out waves.
The Bridesmaids star sported fresh rounded bangs. "It's a dramatic look, but because Byrne has such healthy, shiny hair, the cut makes a statement," according to her hairstylist John Frieda's Harry Josh.
"Rose's cut was inspired by Michelle Pfeiffer's character in Scarface: bold, rounded bangs with a bob," Byrne's hairstylist Harry Josh said of her SAG Awards look.
For the N.Y.C. amfAR Gala, Byrne's makeup artist Eric Polito gave the star a neutral glow with a slight focus on the lips: "I lined and filled them with a mellow red lip liner, then topped it with a satiny, wine-toned lipstick."
Bryne coordinated her bright lips to her Monique Lhuillier dress. "It's kind of cute! It's a little offset," she told us at the grand reopening of Sephora's Times Square location in N.Y.C. "Fashion should be fun, and it's a little young and fresh without being too matchy-matchy."
