Long before he took on Hollywood, Bradley Cooper was a heartbreaker. "When I was a kid, my mom took me shopping a lot. I hung out at the makeup counter asking pretty women for kisses," the actor once told InStyle. The days of stealing kisses at the makeup counter may be far behind him, but he still makes women stop in their tracks with his blue eyes, gorgeous smile and funny-guy personality.
In 2001, Cooper pulled off an unkempt look nicely, with shaggy blonde locks and a scruffy face.

Cooper went even shorter and lightened his hair—not quite his blonde shade of years past but rather a caramel blonde.

At the Failure to Launch premiere, a suave Cooper walked the red carpet with slightly tousled hair and a hint of scruff.

While he didn't go completely blonde, Cooper's lightened tips were a nod to his style of years past.

Cooper didn't stay blonde for long. He grew out his dark hair and slicked it back for an extra fresh and clean appearance.

Something old, something new: Cooper did scruff and spikes before, but the added mustache was a fresh look for the star.

This was a big year for the Silver Linings Playbook actor, as the movie was nominated in multiple categories at almost every awards show. Cooper appeared at the Golden Globes with his long hair parted in the middle and some stubble on his face.

The actor spruced up his look for the 20th annual Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles.

Cooper looked absolutely dapper at the U.K. premiere of Burnt in London.

The actor, who is getting ready to become a father with (potential fiancée) Irina Shayk, grew out his beard. Although we do love a clean-cut Cooper, there's something about that scruff that we just can't get enough of.
