If there's one thing Hollywood has shown us, it's that giving back and supporting amazing causes can be done in style. After running for president and simultaneously inspiring a world of women to wear pantsuits for both work and play, stars came out to show their support for former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on Tuesday night.

The reason? Planned Parenthood's 100th anniversary gala, where Clinton received the "Champion of the Century Award." America Ferrera was pretty in pink, slipping on a fitting pantsuit with a hot pink blazer by Kate Spade. But her custom #PP100 clutch from Edie Parker really stole the show. "Still with her," read her Instagram caption of the night—featuring a picture of the actress, Clinton, and Ryan Piers Williams.

The glamour continued with Scarlett Johansson, who spoke back in January about her visit to a Planned Parenthood clinic when she was 15. She dazzled in a breathtaking Elie Saab lace inset gown at the event. Other celebrities included Tina Fey in a printed A.L.C. dress, Meryl Streep who introduced Clinton in Stella McCartney, Julianne Moore in an LBD that dropped jaws, and Shonda Rhimes in Erdem.

In a statement last month, Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards stated, "This gala is a powerful reminder that Planned Parenthood has been around for 100 years and will continue to be here for the people who rely on us, no matter what. She continued, "One hundred years of care, education, and activism have changed everything, and we will not rest until access to health care and rights is a reality for all people."
