Lauren Conrad just confirmed what we already knew; the Hills alum is one savvy businesswoman.
According to Trulia, the reality star and her husband, William Tell, just flipped their Pacific Palisades home for nearly $600,000 more than they initially paid for it in 2015. Clearly, the side hustle is strong at camp Conrad.
Conrad and Tell’s 5,871-square-foot Spanish-style estate boasts vaulted ceilings, wood flooring, a set of French doors in each of the home’s bedrooms, six bathrooms, 1.4 acres of land (!), TWO patios, a built-in barbecue, a swimming pool and spa, waterfall, and a treehouse. Whoa. Winded. If we had a cool $5 million to spare, we’d settle for no less than a “waterside treehouse,” as one should.
This is hardly the first time the expectant mom has played the real estate game. Conrad sold her Hollywood Hills home in 2011, bought a condo in Beverly Hills in 2012, and bought a $3.7 million manse in Brentwood the following year.
