But if you’ve been paying attention to the happenings of Hollywood, you already know that this beauty don’t is now a major beauty do. Case in point: Red lipstick and blue eyeliner is everywhere.

However, the pro still says you could make one a bit more eye-popping than the other. "If you want to create a cat eye liner—my favorite liquid blue eyeliner is Lancôme Grandiose Liner in #3, Matte Saphi ($32; nordstrom.com)—go soft on the lips with something like Charlotte Tilbury Lip Lustre in Candy Darling ($22; nordstrom.com)."
If you’re more of a lipstick girl, she suggests picking a matte lipstick like Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Icon ($28; nordstrom.com) and going for subtle eyeliner in the water line with khôl pencil such as YSL Beauté Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil in Blue ($38; nordstrom.com).
